Random post

Pre-medicine; the few books that I used to read and how I do feel about them.

By the way I seemed to realized that most of the books in my shelves at the moment are the ones about motivation, they changes based on my mood. Huh, does that mean that my life lacks motivation before? Hm, perhaps. The amount raises significantly raises after I took medicine. Oddly, due to the mountains of medicine I never really get to finish most of the books and they are currently collecting dusts. If anything though, I dearly hope that Quran don't collect dust.

Have you read the book 'The Kite Runner' by Khaleed something? I didn’t know that there was a book at the first place that when I first watch the movie I was more or less disgusted by what the plot was really about. Spoilers alert. So the fact that one guy can actually make a story about guilt really is depressing. Sorry, I'm quite sure that as any other books that made an international bestseller there is another morale that I should look behind it. Apparently, I can't get behind that that much level of bullying existed until now. Or maybe that just mean that I need a wakeup call that this is Really happening in the world and that I should not be…surprised.

So, maybe I will read review later on. Much later. Remind me. If you must. I'm not looking forward to it.
The second books are the series of unfortunate event by which, the author continuously advices you throughout the book to NOT read this series of books. Honestly, I feel rather neutral about the whole 'don’t read the book. It is a good book the learn about grammar and vocabulary really. A very good friend of mine introduced this book to me, gave me one for my birthday alongside a riddle. Anyway, if by some horror chance you happen to find this vlog then know that I love you you know that.

So, about the books, spoilers ahead. Three children embarked on a journey of a finding a suitable guardian with an evil uncle (I don’t think he's an uncle) trying to posses their heirloom. *sigh* I stopped on books number 9 or is it 12? I think I'm wrong. Yes, I think I am.

Advice from John Green; study broadly and without fear, learn language if you can because that will make your life more interesting, read a bit everyday and more importantly surround yourself with people you like and make cool stuff with them. And Don't forget to be awesome. DFTBA.

#1 Study broadly and without fear

Medicine is one of the broadest subject that you can take. Because you learn about anatomy, embryology, physiology, some biochemistry, pharmacology, pathology, immunology, microbiology, epidemiology and of course pathology…and that is in year 1.

When you enter year 2, you will learn about the pathology for each of system of.the.body. So, they will be a brief study on cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, neurology, rheumatology and reproductive system.
By the way, I probably missed a few things.

In year 3 however, you learn to imply these things that you learn. I just barely finished this steps. There is year 4 and year 5 but Ill talk about them when I learn about them.

…and withOUT fear.

Unfortunately, in medicine, at least in my university, I lived in fear at least once every 3 months. Fear of exams. You learn to get used to it. Sometimes, but sometimes you don’t. You see, I lived, eat, sleep medicine and I'll probably talk about medicine as well. I practically vomit medicine. But I'll try to avoid talking about them here. Because I feel like it.

You learn to accept fear as part of your life and honestly, you learn many things from your journey of feeling fears, overcoming fears, and sharing your fears. But, if you lived without fear in life dear brothers and sisters, you are missing a big part of something.

If you don’t learn about fear, how do you learn about courage?

#2 Learn language if you can because that will make your life more interesting.

Sadly, Im still crawling with my english and Im losing my touch on my bahasa. Since, most of my patient will be chinese and indian as well, apparently I should learn them as well.

Ouh and most importantly, Arabic Language, the language of my religion. Of the Prophet Muhd peace be upon him.

#3 Surround yourself with people you like and make cool stuff with them.

Unfortunately, I don’t make it a habit of surrounding myself with people. A loner, introvert... hmm, not really. But really, not many people that I know mainly my roomates and medic friends really want to do something else other than sleep after a day of tiredness of medicine.

Wake up people. "Sudah luput masa tidurmu" Oddly, the direct of the word is 'The time for sleep is expired,"

Standing in the sideline

I believed that if you would open your heart even if my writing is bad iA you will get something from this reading.

Read with your heart, read and reflects to what is happening to yourself and those around you.

7164. Read. In truth, there is the third group by which is not mentioned and is condemned by God that God doesnt even want to speak of them. That is those who doesnt do anything.

Someone told me;There's even a hadeeth to the effect that the one who just remains distant and likes to hear all the news reports is cursed (quote)... Are you one them? One who tends to play safe, to feel better to stand at the sideline. Loving it even.

The heart that loves to stay at the sideline.... the problem is the heart. What happen to your heart? The heart that doesnt feel the pain of the ummah?

Surah al-Fil. The only reason why Qabah is defended is because of God. God is superior. Even the kafir believed and surrendered to The Defender of Qaabah. They did make effort to defend Qabah but they never won. Why?

"We have to have effort...but, effort which is based on what? Like the Prophet who does not surrended but one who actually did something. Who makes effort to spread islam. Before quraisy, Arab was average. After islam, they rule 2/3 of earth." The quraisy failed to defend Qabah because they have no islam. The only way one can win is by islam.

An-nur: 55

Al-an'am: 44.

Islam is dying. Where is your effort? An effort that is based by islam. Because the only way we can win is by teaching the muslims and nonmuslims to be a true muslims.

"Membina manusia." Imam Hassan al-Banna. Where is your effort of da'wah? Im sorry to jump to this conclusion, but at the end..... da'wah and tarbiyah is the only way.

The only way to help your heart and islam is by da'wah and tarbiyah. Peace.

I challenge you to find another way.

The Heart Doctor...pfft.

A woman's heart is something that can be easily conquered and destroyed.

When you start to fall in love (or something in that line), you will face the dilemma of taking control of your heart. Fall in love with your creator first. Let God be your first or ultimate love. He created your heart. He will take good care of your heart.

If you only love a creature, a creature who is, by right capable of hurting your heart because of his imperfection. The creature however can do nothing better except to tell you sorry.

If then, you decide to go to God, the Perfect One.... He will help you heal them. But they ll be scars of course. Your heart is no longer pretty and pure. It is contaminated. Of course you can ask God to cleanse it, by repenting.

They say that once a lady gave a piece of her heart, it cannot be returned. The hole will remain empty. Unless, he gave her his. But once he leaves, the hole will become empty once more.

A relationship with a lady will forever leave a print, and usually only the ladies will suffer more. A word of wisdom is to be careful in whom you gave your heart to. To give or not at all?

To leave it to God? To guard it? At the end, it's your choice. So if you get hurt, it is without a doubt your fault.

Simply because you let it hurt you. Dont make a habit of blaming others for anything.
